- Eat a Balanced Diet - Eating a balanced diet is essential to keeping your skin looking and feeling its best. Make sure to include plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet for a healthy, glowing complexion (doesn’t mean that you can’t sneak in the occasional chocolate in there, but everything in moderation 😉)
- Exercise Regularly - Exercise helps to improve your circulation, which can help to reduce puffiness and keep your skin looking youthful and vibrant. Aim to get at least 30 minutes of exercise per day for best results. Whether it’s running, dancing along to your favourite song, trying to get your hairdryer back from your younger sibling… it all counts… right?
- Get Plenty of Sleep - Getting enough sleep is essential for healthy skin. I know, I know, I want to watch that next episode as well
- Have a skincare routine that works for you! – Whether you just need a simple Face Wash and Moisturiser, or you love adding on a Serum and a good Mask, find what works for your skin and rock it!
